GCS Body Plan not uploaded correctly

Environment

GCS Version: GCS 5.13.0 GGA Version: 0.16.4 Active Modules: 1 (The Forge) Foundry Version: V11 Patch 5 Build 305 Running on The Forge

How to re-create the issue:

1. Create a new character in GCS
2. Edit Body Type: remove Groin and Neck entries. Add 3 to Torso 'slots' to make up for the now missing slots
3. Create a new Actor in Foundry (give name + choose character)
4. Import GCS file to the new actor.

Result

Groin and Neck are listed in the Hit Locations in the actor's character sheet. Roll for Torso is 9-10

Expected Result

Groin and Neck should not be listed Roll for Torso should be 9-13
