Can't disable token scaling

I've set Override Token Scaling to off but whenever I import a GCS character sheet it still shrinks the image. I've reloaded everything, foundry and the world.

I am using 0.15.32 foundry version 10 build 291.

This option probably doesn't do what you expect. It was a fix to a problem where the token is slightly larger than the hex. I'm not sure we have functionality to know how big a token is, if it is larger than a single hex.
