[Bug] Lying Down posture doesn't update Move

When Lying Down is selected as Posture it doesn't properly effect the Move-value.

According to B:387 Posture: Lying down: All movement points to move one hex

Actually, none of the postures currently affect move, only the maneuvers do. This is something we could add... so I will leave this open for after the v1.0.0 release.
