Opposite Size Modifier for Target in Effects Modifier

It would be a great QoL if the effects modifier shows size modifiers of the reverse/opposite target.

Example: When SM+2 creature is targeted, [+2 Size Modifier] appears on the Effects Modifier, and when that SM+2 is selected and wishes to attack an SM+0 target, then it would have [-2 Size Modifier]
