UX: attack chat message should remember who the attacker and the target were

The damage chat message remembers who was targeted and lets you Apply Damage to the target no matter who the current target is, but the attack roll doesn't remember who the attacker was or who was targeted. It would make a lot more sense if both worked the same way (i.e., the attack chat message should remember who the attacker and the target were (like the damage result message does).

This is not that big of a deal once you get used to the disconnect, but still would make the system more friendly, especially for new players.
