sendmb OtF to target

It would be extremely useful to be able to use /sendmb @target, i.e.:

/sendmb [modifier] [OtF] @target

This would not need to execute anything automatically like /client does but would instead create a chat message for the target token. This would allow a player attack action macro to prompt the GM to apply a status to the target or prompt the GM for a required attribute check on the target with accompanying modifiers.

Thinking here about spells like Glue, Grease, and Lightning or items like Bolas, Nets/Webs, for example. In the case of Lightning, this would help to remind the GM to apply Stunned to the target if the target fails an HT check.
