Toggle Combat State - Not Have Icon Appear Before Starting Combat

As the title. There are times where the GM might be sneaky and have the PC and the mooks all set up for combat, but the players are smart and they would notice their tokens are already enabled for combat.

Would it be possible for the maneuver icons to not appear until the game starts their combat rounds?
