[Feature Request/Bug?] OTFs with the pick highest of a variety of options type

When you make an OTF that has multiple options in it like [Sk:Acrobatics|DX-4|Sk:Aerobatics-4] it ends up with a few issues.

1. You can't apply a modifier inside the OTF button to all the values. For instance I want to give the players a +2 to their roll and then I have to rewrite the whole button rather than just tacking on a +2 at the end. [Sk:Acrobatics|DX-4|Sk:Aerobatics-4 +2] will not take the +2 at the end into account in any way. This would be useful since I've written up a lot of default buttons and I'd rather not have to adjust each number manually, though it can be worked around by applying a value to people's modifier buckets but that can also be clunky if the roll is something the players can make at various times.

2. The hidden roll mechanic requires you to put an exclamation mark before every possible value. [!Sk:Acrobatics|DX-4|Sk:Aerobatics-4] will roll blind for Acrobatics only and not when using DX-4 or Aerobatics-4. Instead you have to put in [!Sk:Acrobatics|!DX-4|!Sk:Aerobatics-4] which might be neat if there's times that you want some rolls to be hidden but not others (though I can't think of one) but it would make more sense to me to have the blind roll option affect all the options. And if that's not desired I'd love a different variant that does so if possible.
