OTFs for Adding/Removing Items

I understand that GGA builds item differently than the rest of the system, hence the issue usually is that most modules that rely on item spawns or such doesn't work so well.

My alternate suggestion is to have a quick way for players to get item via OTF. Something like /add Sword or some sort.
