Rollable tracked resource modifier

Currently tracked resources can't be modified with dice such as /tr -1d. It would be nice if /tr supported all the same options as /hp and /fp.

Nice idea. I think the only way to currently do it would be to define a variable in a script, set it based on the roll, and them modify /tr by the variable. Doing it inline as a straight OtF would be great.
