[Feature Request] Notify players of NPC blind damage

The new updated allows for GMs to apply damage to NPCs blind, so players do not see how much damage just got applied to a bad guy. This is helpful, but also doesn't give them any feedback that any damage has been applied (or that the GM actually did it).

Would be a great tweak to print to the chat window a sanitized notification of the damage result that leaves out the damage, but includes the target and hit location. This gives feedback to the players and gives them a chance to remind the GM that he didn't apply the damage.

E.g. "Gamemaster... applies damage to Zombie's torso" vs. the standard open format of "...injures Zombie for 10 points of HP damage to the Torso"
