Ranged Weapons Rated ST

It would be helpful if there was a way to add an ST requirement such as the one under melee attacks to ranged weapons (specifically bows and crossbows that have a rated ST value)

Currently, that is being handled by GCS/GCA. We may be able to do something like this after we get the active effects code done.
