"TABS: Move tab to left and right" is not working

I've set "TABS: Move tab to left" to "option+q" key and "TABS: Move tab to right" to "option+w" keys as seen in the screenshot above.

But when I press these shortcuts it moves tabs with randomly to the right and left. I want it to move the current tab to the right/left of the next tab. What's wrong with this any idea?
