Unable to map "reopen last tab" to ctrl+shift+w
I tried many permutations
But the current keybind for this key is "close window" is still what happens when I press it.
about:addons > On the right, the gear-menu > shortcuts > shortkeys
Firefox "let" you set shortcuts here. 56 options are mappable, but restricted to: ctrl + atl + key Firefox warn you about the fact you are not allowed to remap defaults shortcuts.
Currently in most browsers, "ctrl + shift + t" will reopen the last closed tab, circumventing the need for the extension totally.
@DigitalFork You misunderstand, I want ctrl + shift + w to undo close tab
CTRL+W closes tab
CTRL+SHIFT+W uncloses tabs
There is a solution though.
Using microsoft powertoys keyboard manager
You can remap CTRL+SHIFT+T to CTRL+SHIFT+W and only for firefox.exe
It shouldn't take that much effort, but keybinding accessibility is still not taken with the seriousness it deserves in 2024.
