Category Bookmarks issue: not functioning as intendeed

Version of add-on: 4.0.2 Operating System: windows 10 Browser: Firefox 110.0.1

When assigning a shortcut to any of the bookmark functions it will not behave as expected. e.g. assigning ctrl+g to any function work as expected but will not open a new tab with certain bookmarks. Some random URLs work just fine but something like about:downloads will not open in a new tab and neither will something that is a keyword search.
