Shortcut to replace ctrl+shift+q

Google removed the shortcut to close Chrome! Is there any way to re-enable a shortcut for this? Close Window doesn't serve the same purpose if you have multiple windows open. Previously, I could hit ctrl+shift+q, and all Chrome windows would close - then when reopening Chrome, the same windows (with the same tabs) would reopen. This is almost a necessity when I have multiple windows across three monitors.

FYI - the new feature enhancement request would enable this via remapping keys. https://github.com/crittermike/shortkeys/pull/459
