Firefox remap Ctrl+Shift+N to New Private Window not working

Firefox natively uses Ctrl+Shift+N to open the last closed window and Ctrl+Shift+P to open a new private window.

I want to use Ctrl+Shift+N to open a new private window. I entered this into Shortkeys, but it doesn’t work.

Any suggestions?
