Shortcuts do not work in input and Firefox home page (Windows 10, Firefox)

This Shortcut do not work while input, but "activeInInputs": true . Why? [ { "key": "alt+shift+Y", "label": "YouTube", "action": "openbookmarknewtab", "bookmark": "YT", "sites": "", "sitesArray": [ "" ], "activeInInputs": true } ] And why all shortcuts do not work on Firefox home page? (I use Firefox 93.0)
