disable command+s Chrome/macOS doesn't work

this can be reproduced on Chrome/macOS

Shortcut key: command+s Behavior: Do nothing

restart the browser, press CMD+S and the save dialog still popup.

I too have this problem. I want CMD + j go to the next tab.

I hope CMD is supported, though maybe it's a problem because it can't override the default CMD shortcuts.

@sarnobat I made the same change (cmd+j -> next tab) and it only works if you're not focused on a text box (or the URL bar) and you're on a normal website (not the Settings page, or Shortkeys's settings page, or a New tab page, etc.) then it works. So basically, yea, it doesn't work.
