Separated shapes/color for left and right clics would also be nice (although 
how it works right now works just grate!).

When I use the Wacom pen under Win7, it shows different circular graphics 
depending on single left, double left or right clics, and keys like 
Shift/Ctrl/Alt (and combinations) are shown next to the mouse pointer (BUT it 
doesn't show the other keys).

Although I think the way it is right now works better, as you don't have to 
look around to find the keys being pressed when watching the screen-cast.

Just some (stolen) ideas.
