New keyboard layout - Brazilian ABNT2

I would like to know how I can help get a Brazilian keyboard layout set up for 
keymon. 
1. Accented characters - CCedilla (for example)

2. Deadkeys - Circumflex ^, Trema ¨, Acute ´, Grave `, Tilde ~, 

I tried xlib and was able to figure out the scancode for CCEDILLA, but the 
deadkeys come out as KEY_DUNNO.
I am not a programmer, but if I can contribute I would like to help.

Oi Timothe,

We will need to teach xlib about the new scancode for deadkeys.  When you ran 
xlib.py I'll need you to tell me the scancode that it output.

Also you should create a new abtn2.kbd file, perhaps copied from the us.kbd 
file and use that by passing --kbdfile abtn2.kbd on the command line.
