Dialog invisible if no input
There could be an optional feature: when nothing is pressed, nothing is shown
(dialog is hidden).
Only when keys and/or mouse clicks are produced, dialog would be visible.
Regards.
Pep.

It's definitely doable and probably not too difficult to implement.

If "dialog" means the key display widget, this seems to be done with
"--no-press-fadeout=NO_PRESS_FADEOUT", forcing the window to disappear after
some inactivity. Isn't it so? (Cool feature, by the way.)

Changing this bug to expose the feature in the settings dialog.

after one sec auto hide can be turned on by:
key-mon --no-press-fadeout=1
this option is however not available from the Settings menu.
In my opinion this is a pretty important feature.

Added the option to the button settings menu.

thanks a lot mate. I guess it will take a while until it becomes available as
last .deb package here (current version is 1.17).
