Suggestion: Add to readme documentation a list of mopidy "dependencies"

Since Muse was built with several Mopidy extensions in mind, the documentation should include their names, so new users (like me) know what to install to create the experience you developed on and intended. 👍

One obvious example is Snapcast; I don't think Mopidy comes with it, and I don't see an extension for it!
