Failed to import construction plans since last update.

As before, I copy and paste the content of my constructionplan.xml into an input field on the website. But now when I click the Import button, I see an error "Failed to import plans". My previously import plans in Layout load fine. But if I delete them and try to import again, the same error occurs - "Failed to import plans". I have tried to import plans from Windows desktop browsers such as Opera, Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge, but it doesn't work either. It also doesn't work with Android browsers.
