"Search clipboard content in Standalone Panel" changes Bing region to Chinese

Steps to reproduce

• Add Bing Dict in Dictionaries
• Use the shortcut "Search clipboard content in Standalone Panel"

Undesired behavior

• It changes Bing region to Chinese. Therefore, I can't use Bing Chat
