Vertical PanesLayout

The ability to use PanesLayout vertically. As you are using a LinearLayout, it would be great to have the ability to either switch between Vertical/Horizontal, or if you have two classes (PanesLayoutHorizontal, PanesLayoutVertical).

Ill see if I can look into implementing this when I have some spare time. Its almost a Cards UI implementation, but I think it would look quite neat!
