Lost entities after HA reboot

Hi, If I restart Home Assistant, all entities set unavailabe. Mqtt is connected, I can see published data via MQTT.explorer. When I restart the spa with circuitbreaker everything will be ok. What is the problem? How can I restart esp via mqtt? Or why can not see HA autodiscovery after reboot? THX
