Add possibility to save sorting

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When moving away from the hub page or refreshing the page I loose the current sorting. We have so many PRs that the list is longer than the page. And I want to sort it by "when" column. Now I have to press sort every time.

Describe the solution you'd like Should be possible to save the sorting when saving the filters or as a separate save button.
