The project filter does not remember multiple selections. Will always default back to current azure devops project.

Describe the bug On pull request manager hub, the project filter does not save when clicking the button to save filters.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to pull request manager hub
  2. Select more than one project in the project filter drop down.
  3. Click the green icon to save current filters.
  4. Close your browser
  5. Open a new browser window, navigate to azure devops, go to a project and click pull request manager hub under the Repos nav grouping.
  6. Note that your filter did not save.

Expected behavior It should remember my filter selections.
