Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. As an reviewer I have to divide my time. Right now I can't see how big a PR is, without opening it.

Describe the solution you'd like I would like to see in one overview how big a PR is. This can be shown as the amount of files I have to review.

Describe alternatives you've considered There is an userscript, called "More Awesome Azure DevOps", that shows the amount of files an PR contains.
