Inconsistency during select new Project and List of Repos

Describe the bug When a new Project is checked in the Dropdown to load its PRs and Repos, it's not behaving correctly. The new selected project is not checked in the Dropdown list and the list of repos only shows the new selected project's repos.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Select a new project in the Dropdown
  2. Try to select the repos

Expected behavior All selected repos checked in the Dropdown and its repos correctly listed
