Quick filter for current PRs

As of now, to be able to filter by branch, I have to type it manually on filter bar.

It would be nice to have an option (filter icon) to perform an one-click-filter, for instance I want to see all PRs to the branch 'fooABC', i click on the filter icon aside of it, and it gets added to the filter bar, showing the PRs for that branch.

This could be used also for Repository and PR author.
