Use "AND" criteria instead of "OR" for PR alternate status

If I want to filter for multiple status, lets say, all PRs with no conflicts and who are not drafts, it shows me any PR that fit in one of this categories, so I will still see PRs that have conflicts, but are no draft, and PRs that are draft, but have no conflicts.
