Azure openai sample code not working probably due to some error in the Azure openai API

Open ziki99 opened this issue 1 year ago • 2 comments

I tried to run the sample code using Azure OpenAI API from https://github.com/joaomdmoura/crewAI-examples/blob/main/azure_model/main.py

I haved made one fix for the original code to include the expected_output='Detailed report on potential AI trends' which resolved the pydantic error

now i'm getting an error probably due to some issue with Azure openai API File "/home/ubuntu22/.local/lib/python3.10/site-packages/openai/_base_client.py", line 1020, in _request raise self._make_status_error_from_response(err.response) from None openai.NotFoundError: Error code: 404 - {'error': {'code': '404', 'message': 'Resource not found'}}

I have validated that I can connect to Azure openai API using the same parametrs stored in the .env file which i'm importing. I have used the following code for validation

import os from openai import AzureOpenAI from dotenv import load_dotenv load_dotenv()
client = AzureOpenAI( api_key=os.getenv("AZURE_OPENAI_KEY"),
api_version="2024-02-01", azure_endpoint=os.getenv("AZURE_OPENAI_ENDPOINT"), ) deployment_name=os.getenv("AZURE_OPENAI_DEPLOYMENT") response = client.chat.completions.create( model=deployment_name, #model = deployment_name, messages=[ {"role": "system", "content": "You are a helpful assistant."}, {"role": "user", "content": "Does Azure OpenAI support customer managed keys?"}, {"role": "assistant", "content": "Yes, customer managed keys are supported by Azure OpenAI."}, {"role": "user", "content": "Do other Azure AI services support this too?"} ] ) print(response.choices[0].message.content)`` import os from openai import AzureOpenAI from dotenv import load_dotenv load_dotenv()
client = AzureOpenAI( api_key=os.getenv("AZURE_OPENAI_KEY"),
api_version="2024-02-01", azure_endpoint=os.getenv("AZURE_OPENAI_ENDPOINT"), ) deployment_name=os.getenv("AZURE_OPENAI_DEPLOYMENT") response = client.chat.completions.create( model=deployment_name, #model = deployment_name, messages=[ {"role": "system", "content": "You are a helpful assistant."}, {"role": "user", "content": "Does Azure OpenAI support customer managed keys?"}, {"role": "assistant", "content": "Yes, customer managed keys are supported by Azure OpenAI."}, {"role": "user", "content": "Do other Azure AI services support this too?"} ] ) print(response.choices[0].message.content)

I tried changing API version with "2024-02-15-preview" and I was able to resolve the problem. Try it.

load_dotenv()

azure_llm = AzureChatOpenAI( azure_endpoint= os.environ.get("AZURE_OPENAI_ENDPOINT"), api_key= os.environ.get("AZURE_OPENAI_KEY"), api_version= os.environ.get("API_VERSION"), deployment_name = os.environ.get("DEPLOYMENT_NAME"), )
