Dropdowns Not Showing In Some Cases

E.g. https://translate.google.com/ ...the dropdown to choose language doesn't show. While this is clearly not a select box, something else is clearly wrong here like js mouse events?

@cretz I can't reproduce this here. Clicking the arrow to the right of "Detect language" brings up the box of all the languages, and I can interact with it.

@terinjokes - Yeah, it's working now for me too, but I still get this intermittently. As for many of these, it seems to not have an easy replication path. I'll leave this open for now hoping someone can give me steps to replicate (or maybe, after long enough, we can say this is no longer an issue).
