Cabal resuming install??

When i open my cabal installer it goes directly on to install then when i click install it doesn't work????

PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!

I'm not sure this is related to cabal-dev. Have you been able to use Cabal and the Haskell platform to build/run any haskell applications?
