Provide Java based version of Construct Library

As I'm a Java user I'd love to be able to use Bill Bot CDK Construct from Java.

Let's work on getting it published as Java CDK Construct/Library

Nice one. Will definitely put it in the roadmap to also support Java and python.

Did similar work a while back. What was annoying was the registering process at mavencentral. You might want to choose another registry. But I don't know a good alternative. Perhaps @Lock128 ?
