[Bug] Changing the localization time on this clock does not show the correct date past midnight.

The Top part shows the Eastern Time zone (UTC-0500) while showing the correct date. The bottom shows Athens, Bucharest (UTC+0200) but the date is still going off of local time. Why is it doing that? I wanted to have multiple clocks showing up.
