Description of feature/user story

As an issuer, I want to receive notifications regarding the status of the holder's credentials, indicating whether the holder has accepted or declined them.

Acceptance Criteria

• Given an Issuer responsible for issuing credentials to individuals
• When the Holder accepts or declines his/her credentials information
• Then Issuer received notifications about the action taken by the holder (accepted/declined)
