Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] Issuers associated with the organization should receive an email notification when the organization owner deletes the organization
• [ ] When the organization owner deletes the organization, all members should receive an email notification informing them about the deletion
• [ ] Verifiers associated with the organization should receive an email notification when the organization owner deletes the organization
• [ ] Admin of the organization should receive an email notification when the organization owner deletes the organization
