navbar-toggler-icon not appearing at breakpoint

Expected Behavior
At the desired breakpoint the nav menu will toggle into the navbar-toggler-icon.
Current Behavior
The navbar-toggler-icon is not appearing at the correct breakpoint. Even in the documentation the navbar-toggle-icon doesn't appear.
Hi, @rfinkley! Thank you for using our products and sorry for the late response. Please tell us which product did you use, because it seems that this menu is not the same as the menu from the HTML version.

Hi, @dragosct10! No worries on the response time. From the creative-tim home page, from the the navbar at the top of the page I went to: Categories -> Bootstrap Free Themes -> Now UI Kit: Free Bootstrap 4 UI Kit. I went to the documentation page and looked up the Navbar component. (Below is a link the page). When I resize the screen to view the toggle button on the navbar it does not appear but it is there as my cursor changes when I hover over it. If I click the toggle function works and the vertical nav items appear.
