[Bug] btn-secondary non-uniform behaviour

Device

macbookpro m1

Browser & Version

Firefox, Safari, Chrome

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open link with Chrome
  2. Open link with Firefox/Safari
  3. See the difference between them in the secondary button

What is expected?

Same background (I believe gray one) in both

What is actually happening?

No background/animation in Firefox/Safari Green background in Chrome (which is awkward)
