double scroll bar when resize screen

in the commit 8816d1b of master. when i resize the screen, a second scroll bar is appear.

for solved this i replace the light-bootstrap-dashboard.css file for this https://demos.creative-tim.com/light-bootstrap-dashboard/assets/css/light-bootstrap-dashboard.css?v=2.0.1

Add to this issue: nav items from top menu that are inserted to sidebar when resize small, do not get removed when resize browser back to large again.

also as you mouse over the items in the side menu, some widths are affected and causes visual glitches for whole page layout

your fix works perfectly, including for the nav items widths. was very frustrating indeed
