RTL support outdated (with partial fix)

Expected Behavior

Please describe the behavior you are expecting

The dashboard is displayed RTL, and no horizontal scroll is present in the main area.

Current Behavior

What is the current behavior?

No change after applying instuctions from documentation: https://demos.creative-tim.com/material-dashboard-pro-angular2/documentation/rtl

Steps to Reproduce

  1. step 1 Apply instructions from: https://demos.creative-tim.com/material-dashboard-pro-angular2/documentation/rtl

  2. step 2 Refresh, recompile and launch dashboard.

Context

Please provide any relevant information about your setup. This is important in case the issue is not reproducible except for under certain conditions.

  • Device: PC
  • Operating System: Windows
  • Browser and Version: Chrome latest

Suggested fix

  • Upgrade documentation to install package "boostrap-v4-rtl"
  • Class "rtl-active" needs to be changed to "rtl"
  • A wild horizontal scrollbar appears.

@chelaruc I did the suggested fix (which I researched) and it worked partly. Mainly because the RTL fix only works for standard components from bootstrap v4 and not the calendar, nor wizard, etc.

You promised theme-wide RTL support, and it's lacking.
