[Feature Request] Please remove private:true from package.json so it can be installed with npm

as mentioned in the title, just remove this line in package.json

As well it would be great if you could make the package available on npm. Currently there is only one (not maintained) package published by someone else https://www.npmjs.com/package/vue-argon-dashboard
