Hey @creativecommons , the explainer tooltips on license sites don't seem to work on macOS Safari (v 12.1.1, macOS 10.14.5). Left Firefox, right Safari. BTW: Thank you for your work!

Other issues on Samsung Galaxy J2 with Android version 5.1.1:

  • the triple line in the right corner of the page (looked at from my position) could not be opened
  • there were at least three times a notice on "Tab crashed" appeared: it suggest to reload or go to another page...

The tooltip / popover problem should be fixed in this commit https://github.com/creativecommons/cc.engine/commit/2dc22cc671655f429b00eca5c5624c9a83d14290 Also referenced in #653

We have another report of the tooltip not working on Samsung Galaxy J2 with Android version 5.1.1.

This was deprecated by the 2023-09-27 relaunch of CreativeCommons.org using the new CC Legal Tools (cc-legal-tools-app, cc-legal-tools-data).

The tool tips (now broken 100% of the time) will become footnotes:
