[Feature] Footer does not match the current Vocabulary design system

Problem

The footer on the website does not align with the current Vocabulary design system. There are several differences that affect consistency:

• The social media icons used in the footer are different from the design system.
• The logo size does not match the design system's.
• The "Donate Now" button is smaller from Vocabulary.
• The text above the "Donate Now" button is entirely different from the Vocabulary's version.
• The newsletter form has a different width, which impacts the visual consistency.
