[Bug] The footer has old twitter logo that needs to be updated

Description

The X (previously twitter) logo should be updated in the footer. It is the old logo that's present there.

Reproduction

  1. Go to https://opensource.creativecommons.org/
  2. Scroll to the bottom to see footer
  3. see the old twitter logo present on left side of the footer with other social icons.

Expectation

The new X logo should be present.
