Docs should mention that you need the threesixty.css file

Spent about 2 hours trying to figure out why the images would load into the page but wouldn't rotate.

The docs made no mention of it and even the dist and src directories in the git repo only have threesixty.js in them.

Speaking of CSS, it'd be nice if threesixty.css didn't depend on #container. Also it'd be nice to have a bare-bones demo so we don't have to pick apart the necessary assets from the fluff (bootstrap, fontawesome, etc). At present there's a fair bit of dissecting involved to re-create a working prototype.
