Update all the images which is part of bundle

This is tracker issue to update all the images which are used by bundle (openshift/podman)

  • gvisor-tap-vsock
  • dnsmasq

All the images are updated recently using brew and pushed to the quay.

"update" can mean 2 things, "updated to the latest ubi8 base image" and/or "gvisor-tap-vsock/dnsmasq binary in the image has been updated to the latest version in git", not sure which of the 2 options was done ?
